How can I pay for my order?

We accept secure payment methods including major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Afterpay, and Zip Pay where available.

Can I pay with Afterpay or Zip Pay?

Yes, if Afterpay or Zip Pay is available at checkout, you can select it after entering your shipping details and choosing your shipping method. Availability may depend on your location, order value, and the payment provider’s approval.

How do I place an order?

Choose your LuxePillow™ product, click “Add to Cart” or “Buy Now”, then enter your shipping and billing details at checkout. Once your order is complete, we will begin processing it and send your confirmation by email.

Will I receive an order confirmation email?

Yes. After your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order summary, shipping details, and billing details. If you cannot find it, please check your spam, junk, promotions, or all-mail folder.

Is my payment and personal information secure?

Yes. Our website uses secure checkout technology to help protect your personal information. Payment details are processed through trusted payment providers, and LuxePillow™ does not store your full card details.

Are LuxePillow products Australian made?

LuxePillow™ currently ships Australia-wide, but our products may be sourced through trusted international suppliers. Our goal is to provide Australian customers with premium sleep-support products at an accessible price while we continue growing the brand.

How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking email. You can use the tracking details to follow your delivery. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, so changes may not be possible once your order has been packed, fulfilled, or shipped.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us immediately if your shipping address is incorrect. If your order has not been processed yet, we will do our best to update it. Once the order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
